Really unsettled night followed by a very lazy day.
Was up very early so caught up with some catch up tv then cooked a Slimming world recipe for a Butternut Squash and tomato curry, i cooked it in the slow cooker and its so yummy, so that’s 2 or 3 meals next week sorted.
Pottered about in the garden for just half an hour really need to get on top of recycling and composting.
So post is short and sweet today.
Breakfast : Malted shreddies
Lunch : Missed
Tea : A gorgeous roast chicken dinner cooked by my brilliant hubbs.
Snack : None
Booze craving : 2/10 topped up on my chocolate options so looking forward to that 🙂
